The Jump Start Program by Nature's Sunshine is a perfect way to start.
There are three packages you can choose from. I would recommend that you start with Jump Start Complete as it contains a whole body detoxifier, CleanStart. The next month, you can switch to the Jump Start or the Jump Start plus.
They have everything you need; a meal replacement shake that tastes great, vitamins and minerals, Solstic Energy (makes water taste great).
Have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and dinner should include Protein: beef, chicken, turkey, fish. If you stay with good lean protein and non-starchy veggies, you can almost eat as much as you want. And watch the pounds melt away.
